- lots of locks on the door
- the door should be covered with fake leather (red, brown or black)
- toilet should be in a tiny room, separate from the shower
- bathtub should have old wooden grate on top of it
- the phone (red, white or black) should be with a rotary dial
- wall unit furniture in the livingroom
- sofabed that transforms into a bed
- wall lights in the bedroom
- early 90 cart in the living room
- Stalin's portrait on the wall
