I've been following this since it all started to go down on 4chan. Summerfags (aka kids on summer vacation) are bored and particularly cruel and vicious. I 've avoided even mentioning it here but the thing has gone viral and has hit the major media. You can see what its about here:

Yes /b/ is cruel and the girl is only 11 years old but I place 90% of the blame on her parents and their lack of supervision. The little girl basically ran up to an africanized bees nest and whacked it with a sturdy stick.
