I don't think that Italian places are the best. I agree that there is a good (small) number of Italian establishments that make excellent food, but most of them (95%) are rip-offs. "Best Pizza in the City", "Best Pizza in Town", "Best Pasta in the World", "Ingredients Fresh from Italy" (Cento from NJ) you heard them all. Recently I went to this place on Avenue U looking for High-Gluten Flour, and the woman sold me 5-lbs of flour for $15.00 that she got from 50-lbs bag that cost her $18.00 tops.
