SHow me an obscenity case that was *started* under this democratic admin, then we'll talk. This one dates back to 2005, under the Grand Operation of Perverts own George W. Bush. Now that said, the Obama admin should have had the balls to kill all inherited obscenity shit the minute they took over, but as the DOJ is supposed to non-political they kept it going. Shame on them.

But if you don't think there is a material difference between the Ds & Rs when it comes to persecuting porn and starting prosecutions against porn valley, you are living in an alternate universe. The Rs get a huge chunk of their most reliable votes from the religious right. And since they can't deliver on what their constituents want, namely banning abortion or instituting Christian prayer in the schools, the Republicans make empty political theater by going after gay marriage and porn.
