With respect to the Cuban paper, I agree with the teacher that you tended to limit your analysis to a laundry list of Cuban military hardware without discussion of its strategic or tactical significance. IMO you might have chosen a better topic, for example the role of the Cuban military in changing Cuban economic policies from a Khrushchev-Brezhnev era command economy basis, to Raul Castro's ultimate objective which is is imitate post-Mao China.
