I saw some of Moser's scat porn a looong time ago. I thought it was disgusting. However, I've since seen live eels being squirted out of an asshole, cumfarting into a cup and drinking, rectal prolapse play, the goatse cave (nothing like the bat cave, sadly), and a variety of other spectacles that may or may not have involved the output end of the GI tract.

Considering all of that, a butthole performing its natural function is rather passe. Poo play and consumption is still pretty gross, but I wouldn't lose my lunch over it.
