www.xrentdvd.com is amazing for rentals.They have recently started used dvd's. I cannot vouch for their used dvd's, but can certainly vouch for their rentals. If the dvd doesn't work for any reason, they credit you with the same title.
www.adultdvdexplorer.com have some used dvd's. Not sure how good/bad they are.
