Does anyone have a copy of the AIM HIPPA release form that they could post? I'd love to hear what the lawyers, fake and otherwise, here say about it.

I love the awarding her a dollar thing. This is so blatently about a big payday that you can hear her rubbing her gnarled hands together in anticipation. She hasn't felt this way since she and Ellie were going to be the new Mrs. Hofs. Until she fucked that up. Like she'll fuck this up. She's not too bright, you know.
