I loved 'a life measured in inches', and am only a beer or two away from making the plunge and clicking my way to owning a $90 copy that is described as having "a note by and the signature of his wife on first page, a picture (?) stapled to a page about half way through, his business cards stapled to the last page, otherwise book is new".
