one of the books on my wishlist is 'john Holmes Porn King', his biography that is reputedly full of lies, and only lasted one print. 10 copies available (on amazon) going from $87 to $995. I loved 'a life measured in inches', and am only a beer or two away from making the plunge and clicking my way to owning a $90 copy that is described as having "a note by and the signature of his wife on first page, a picture (?) stapled to a page about half way through, his business cards stapled to the last page, otherwise book is new".
