People on Fetlife span the whole spectrum, you'll just find people who are into more extremes there than other places. I've lurked there for a couple years and post occasionally, actually one of the few places I don't troll or intentionally try to antagonize other people.. Lots of good stuff to be found there either as a poster or a lurker. Its also one of the only places where I find images that I won't repost on other boards.
