Actually, a legit massage could be $540 if we're talking about a top level hotel where the massage is billed through the hotel. At those places, everything is extremely expensive. I don't know if that applies to the Portland hotel he was staying at, but I think the masseuse was arranged by a concierge or the front desk (rather than being from an outside massage service).
