Oh, by the way, for them to be a would- be Oswald, they have to be real threats. Not just some crank writing a letter. We've ALWAYS had those. The Secret Service scoops them up all the time. They have for years. It's a bigger gig than wearing sunglasses and earpieces.

I saw those same guys on the news. Douchebags all. No question about that. Were they detained too? I don't think they were, but I could be wrong. Some loop hole in the gun laws about open carrying versus concealed. At least as I recall it. Because it really bothered me (see previous post). Whatever side you're on, I think that kind of imagery (and let's face it...it was imagery) is damaging to the nation as a whole. We're not a fucking banana republic. We're the United Fucking States of America. And it better take a lot more than the shenanigans in DC at this point in history for us, as a group, to take up arms against each other. And if it's doesn't, then we deserve what we get.
