I dont. You would think at maybe 400,500 lbs. he would realize he's too heavy. Maybe 700,800. He checked into the hospital at over 1,000 lbs. I go up to 215lbs because of an injury. I knew 215 can easily become 250lbs, so the second I could resume training,I did. I also went on a 800 calerie diet.Dropped 30 lbs. in 5 weeks.
