Shit man, I was in Hatteras about 9 years ago, staying at a friends house, 2 in from the beach. I went outside for a smoke, and got lit the fuck up by mosquitoes. In 3/4 of a cigarette, I got zapped 20+ times before I ran back inside to scratch myself to sleep.
