That's my point exactly. After 20 yrs of indoctrination and participation these kids are reaching the demographic that broadcasters/advertisers pay attention to, and additionally, it's a sport that appeals to males and females alike. They can reach them all with one ad. This doesn't even take into account all the immigrants legal and otherwise here who are passionate about the sport.

Let's put it this way- US World Cup viewership doubled from four years ago. That's not insignificant.

I still don't care a lot for the sport, but soon I'll be in the minority.
