Hearts ain't designed for that, when they're asked to support tumors in non-obstructive places roughly proportional to that guy's dong they tend to fail massively. I'm no MD, but if your vascular requirements deviate too far from normal(giants, Korey Stringer, etc) you're not in for a long ride on the planet. Freaky tumors are usually associated with infants if I remember right and ask essentially the same thing from your heart as a weeinie larger than a 2-liter soda bottle, so if he was incredibly still alive and standing up, it sure as fuck wouldn't be.
