That HBO thing is brutal. My absolute favorite fee is when people get changed money when I telephone them.

Depending on a person's cell phone plan (I use a land line with a flat rate for US/Canada long distance) I can get people charged up to .30$ a minute just by calling them.

Cell phones have the worst fees.
