There is a lot of world leaders who killed
big amounts of people in one day, and lived
happily ever after. Steve was not a complete
martial artist. A complete martial artist does not
get involved with anything. Another thing, the minute
you wear a gi and come out with a martial art sword
everyone clears the room. So who to fight ?
Martial Arts is only for self-defense (counter-attack)
when attacked by someone. In US even that can lead
to jail. You call the police first.

the TV series KUNG FU. Initially, Bruce Lee also
auditioned for the role, but he was not so well
known personally by the powers that be. David Carradine
showed a fantasy Kung Fu invented in the series at the
time, but then took training from a Chinese Kungfu
teacher and improved his Kungfu. It is to the credit
of David Carradine that he finally studied Shaolin Kungfu
to a good level. He also taught his own students and
friends. He was killed in Thailand on turf debate by
hoodlums from a local mafia.
