I'll never figure out how Domino's and Papa John's survive in NYC. Like going to Mexico and eating at Taco Bell, makes no fucking sense.


The place called Italia Pizza on Kings Highway makes the best pizza in Brooklyn. I think I know the Frank's Pizza on Flatbush: it is couple of blocks away from mexican Paco's Tacos taco place.

The thing that I hat about Papa Johns, Pizza Hut and Domino's is that they call their X-Large pizza which is only 16-inches. Everywhere else in NYC X-Large pie is 18-inches.

I should start my own pizza shop: New York Style Italian Pizza.

I just got my KitchenAid mixer so I will try making my own pizza.
