It's a 51, which means they rated it at 51 cc's most likely. It has an 18" bar custom made for carving through mopes and their ninja swords. In fact, I would take on anyone wielding a sword with this chainsaw. It is approved.
It's an 18" bar, and once you get the hang of sharpening the chains it will throw chips that look like excelsior.
I'm not sure if it meets your neighborhood requirements but it is worth a try. I doubt many of your neighbors have decibel meters. Stihl was a good brand and still might be- there's been a lot of shakeup and buy-outs in the 2-stroke industry lately. My Husky is almost 10 yrs old.
