I would leave the banning up to gen, as she is being personally attacked.
If she wants him gone, I say fuck him.
However, if she doesn't care, I find him interesting. I don't like him. But I mean interesting in much the same way I find people on Jerry Springer interesting.
Or, TV evangelists, spewing hate, asking for money.
Or, tribal people on the National Geographic channel.
I'm strictly speaking of a socio/anthropological interest, but I find people who take themselves this seriously to be rather hilarious.
His personal attacks on Gen must stop, however. That is not interesting. It's just mean, and she doesn't deserve it. Nor is she obligated to put up with it.

It is curious to me that when one spamming euro asshole goes another mysteriously appears. Although I for one do not enjoy porn with some of the topics expressed in Osyrus' post I certainly would not want to deny anyone of their "bliss".
As for his attacks on Gen I am just plain puzzled, I can't begin to imagine the source of this kind of angst.

I don't get it, do you view yourself as some kind of father figure? I think your "care" is a convoluted way of forcing your morality down everyone's throat. There are plenty of women and men that have odd fetishes and Gen is just acting out hers. It doesn't make her a worse person, it actually makes her a better person. She is showing to the world what people are truly thinking. Just because you hid your fetishes behind a mask of convenient morality doesn't make you a better person. As far as banning... the only thing I agree with is the choking, slapping, and "quasi raping women". For one it is just pure tasteless. And second it gives all the Bush supporters more ammo to shut the industry down (and for those who will vote for Kerry... don't kid yourself adult film community. He is as conservative about this as Bush... he is just willing to tell you anything to get the vote. As far as Gen goes... I think your way off base. Bottom line is Gen is a sweetheart who is trying to put herself through college and battles cancer. I wasn't referring to anything in particular, and actually I think that billing something as "totally uncensored" brings out maximum prick-itude from people who are pricks anyway. A slight bit of fear (I don't mean real fear, but the thought that there are ramifications for your actions) is what some people need to be kept in line. It's sad, but that's human nature.
In your line of work (to the extent that I even understand what the hell you do), I'd take any accusation of beating chicas extremely seriously. First, because I'd bet that your business is probably based on reputation, second because it's based upon reputation among peers, and third because it's based on credibility with prospective clients (ie, strangers). So yeah, in that case - permanent, unapologetic and unappealable banning.
I enjoyed the Monkey's comedy routine probably more than anyone but shit's enough when you start seriously fucking with people's lives.

First, Gen is a wonderful woman and while I've never met her consider her a great person.
Second, right now I agree with the ones I put above only because I've found out in a real rape those things aren't fun and I don't know if I'll ever be able to watch those things again. Hell, most of those things were part of my regular sexual activity and now I don't even want sex at all anymore.
