I would leave the banning up to gen, as she is being personally attacked.

If she wants him gone, I say fuck him.

However, if she doesn't care, I find him interesting. I don't like him. But I mean interesting in much the same way I find people on Jerry Springer interesting.

Or, TV evangelists, spewing hate, asking for money.

Or, tribal people on the National Geographic channel.

I'm strictly speaking of a socio/anthropological interest, but I find people who take themselves this seriously to be rather hilarious.

His personal attacks on Gen must stop, however. That is not interesting. It's just mean, and she doesn't deserve it. Nor is she obligated to put up with it.
