To tell you how fucking emasculated the northern schools and the south's red headed stepchild Baylor are they volunteered to give their portion of the penalties Nebraska and Colorado are going to pay into the conference ($10 million each, so $2 million to each remaining university) over to Texas, OU, and A&M. This conference ain't lasting past the next TV contract. Eventually OU or A&M are going to have to kick Texas in the balls if they ever want to matter. The only other way to break the Texas power hold in this conference is to have the NCAA come knocking on their door and USC them.
