I think it's the fantasy that they're making come true. Nobody really sees porn stars as real "stars". I can see how someone with a goodly amount of disposable income would want to spend a bit to bang a gal they jacked off to endlessly when they were 16 or something. If Vanessa Del Rio was CL'ing within an hour or two of me for under $500, I'd be there in a heartbeat. On the other hand, Bunny Bleu was working at a stroke and tug a couple of hours away a few years ago. I really wanted to go up, because there was just something her fake bake tanlines, but I didn't really want to enough to actually make it happen. It wasn't about a brush with stardom, it was more a brush with a gal I'd jacked off to on video. I guess it was like buying the DVD rather than illegally downloading it.
