To help w/the economy, break up the "too big to fail"s. That will create good paying white color jobs. There is a better chance of that happening than creating manufacturing jobs. Then when those people are making nice cash, they'll renovate their house, build a pool, buy a car, hire a landscaper, go out to diner, etc.
