Other than the cost of attorney fees, I don't believe the club has much to worry about in this case unless the ID used by the underage girl was an obvious fake. As for the magazine, the media is gernerally exempt from liability for the misdeeds of its advertisers. And if the photo they published just showed the girl in a bikini, the magazine wouldn't have been required to check proof of her age.
