I don't feel very sorry for any member of the 9th circuit court of appeals, but from the description of what the judge has posted, it's this picture:



And likely the video of the donkey chasing the poor Italian guy through a field who was trying to take a piss.

Hardly suggestive of bestiality.

One thing you can be sure of- if an appeals judge goes down for those images it doesn't bode well for us plebeians.
