Best food ever. The tomatoes have to be sliced paper thin. I mean paper thin. Not diced or cubed but so thin you can read a newspaper through them, then layered up in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and home made mozzarella. A pinch of salt- seriously just the essence of the salt and some cilantro. If no one is around you can load a fork with this, and it is heaven on earth.
Absolute perfection especially when chilled a bit. Fresh tomatoes from the yard are excellent for this. I have lots of Italian stores where they make it right on the premises, its so good, do you like the smoked one?
