Best food ever. The tomatoes have to be sliced paper thin. I mean paper thin. Not diced or cubed but so thin you can read a newspaper through them, then layered up in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and home made mozzarella. A pinch of salt- seriously just the essence of the salt and some cilantro. If no one is around you can load a fork with this, and it is heaven on earth.
