There is not a chance in the world that Emery didn't know he was walking on a legal tight rope with his seed business.

I will be sending off a letter to the federal government protesting Emery's extradition. American prisons are famous for their overcrowded and abhorrent conditions. But if Emery didn't want to go to American prison why was he selling seeds to Americans?

Don't feel like going to a prison? Don't commit crimes.
