Even if surgical science manages to replace every aspect of a woman's vagina (including the self-lubrication), I'd rather stick with biologically-born women. I'll even take the PMS.

I'm curious, though: has anyone here fucked a post-op tranny that had "Sex Reassignment Surgery?" What's the "vagina" like compared to the equivalent that women are born with?
