I can't think of any instance where the Monkey abused his mod status. Everything I know of that he in trouble for he did by posting as any user might.

I haven't heard a thing, other than the automated PM the system sends whenever someone changes to or from mod status. We'll wait until Tony says whatever his decision is, which might not be until next week.
