I've seen it. Reminded me of a Troma Entertainment film except it was in Japanese.

The scene where Ichi jerks off on the plant while watching the hooker get brutalized reminded a little of Neon Genesis Evangelion(the movie not the series) where Shingi jerks off over Asuka's body while she's in a coma.

I have two of the other suggestions here and I'll watch them today. I just started on Conq's suggestion.

I will never watch Root's again. I watched as a kid when it was broadcast and I was forced to watch it in school during Black history month becasue we had one black kid in class and the history teacher wanted to sensitive to black culture. All it accomplished was that one black kid was nick named Toby by half the class and Kinta Kunte by the other half.
