The PMOY last year didn't get the cover, the previous two did. Tiffany Fallon PMOY 05 got a cover a few years after she got PMOY. Carmella (Mrs. Jeff Garcia) didn't get a cover either. Shame she was one of the better PMOY's of the decade.
