Thank you. If I could afford a lawyer that would be dandy.. but the part where I didnt get paid throuws a big ol wrench in that.

Just some unsolicited advice. I would suggest taking your contracts with Hellhouse to a lawyer and if you have a decent breech of contract claim, I would consider filing an injunction against them using such material, or using your name on a website. Here are the advantages of this approach.

1) They are deadbeats, so a regular suit for damages will probably not result in any earnings.

2) You will directly attack their cash flow so they will have to deal with you.

3) If you can get a judge to enter an order prohibiting them from using your name or videos because of non-payment and they breach this agreement, then the court can hold them in contempt, and in some states, they can be arrested until the pay, or "purge" this contempt.

Its worth a thought.
