During the 2005 holiday season, I attended the annual company holiday dinner. It is my habit to bring one good bottle of wine to share with the corporate leadership reporting to me. I grabbed a long held bottle of cab from my storage (a small vintor in Staggs Leap). After giving about 5/6 of the wine to others, I sat back and tasted the remainder. To my horror, it turned out to be one of the greatest wines that I have ever tasted, and I already gave most of it to others.
