Talented was the wrong word. No, I wasn't high when I wrote it, but reading it high now makes me cringe some.

I never liked that glam shit, but I had a couple of guilty pleasures, Poison being one of them. For the sugary bubblegum it was, it wasn't bad. Talk Dirty to Me was a really happy, hooky song. And I'm sorry, but that little mini guy was a real hotshot guitar player. When he was dialed in, there were few better at that time. And this was in a time of some some real hotshot pickers.

There's no accounting for taste tho. My tastes have always been pretty varied, and there's always a place for sugary nonsense. Even if just for the irony of it all.
