In my opinion they should just charge this Brit lush under the prevailing laws of the land even if it just amounts to a misdemeanor in every village she misbehaves. She won't be long for this world at her rate and if each precinct in which she was arrested administered a little fist discipline with each infraction her demise could be accelerated.

In more civilized and polite days this is how this would have been handled.
