Partially true, but at the same time the results can be so good that you can't help but not notice a change. Or once you see the before and after pics the results are startling as far as how good they are. Looking a prefame photos of Halle Berry and Marilyn Monroe, both obviously had nose jobs but the work was good and they were symmetrical to their faces.
