Dude this whole town was one big bubble. Unemployment here has been worse than Detroit, seriously, though many of those are your typical "30k-millionaire" mortgage douchebags. I've been in my house for over 10 years now, great neighborhood w no foreclosures, but still took a hit in valuation. I'm putting in a basketball court and a hot tub and I'll ride this whole thing out.
