Spreader bars at the ankles and/or the knees are so much hotter than ropes or chains. I also like the arms bound behind the back but tighter at the wrists and elbows.

No idea, I just grabbed that pic somewhere along the way. I actually didn't notice the leg cuffs until someone mentioned it, I've never used those on a girl. Not really necessary, imo.
