Today, I got it from a pretty reliable source, who is relatively close to the fire that the pirates have another thing coming: they are not welcome anymore in any of the Somali main ports. (I guess they forgot to pay them off sufficiently.) If they loose their landbase, they might get pretty desperate after a while. They still have Puntland and Somaliland to operate from, but it create a change in patterns.
