DRM coded and it is rental. I looked at the first two pages of what I would be interested in, and there are zero unlimited downloads. I don't know if I could convert from .wmv to .mpg so I can play it through my DVD player to my TV.

Those prices are what I pay for DVD's I own.

That site is bullshit. No sale. You encourage pirates when you suck so bad. I'm sure not going to buy anything there, I'd like to be legitimate, but that sucks too bad. Useless to me.
