In the play they were married in secret prior to twin suicides. There was no pre-marital sex. The love sequence [with an topless, buxom underaged Olivia Hussey as Juliet in my favorite version] was after the wedding.

Though the movie was rated PG, I decided that since the girl is underaged, I would not add the pics to Malice's server.
