Why is it that Mr. Poor Bathroom Hygiene gets a censorship pass by the admins on this board? If he really is calling them multiple times a day complaining, they could end that pretty quick. Last I heard, what he is doing to the JM staff is specifically illegal, as described below :
Section 223 of the US code makes it a federal crime, punishable by up to two years in prison, to use a telephone or telecommunications device to annoy, abuse, harass, or threaten any person at the called number. It applies only to direct communications between the stalker and victim. It would thus not encompass harassment through posting messages on a bulletin board or in a chat room to encourage third parties to harass the victim.
Based on this description, this almost makes posting threads on XPT about ANYONE the perfect comeuppance against him -- it is legal for posters to do so, but illegal for him to use a phone to harass said posters or the board admins.
This begs the question Tony -- why aren't you having a known felon charged with inter-state cyberstalking and harassment using telephone lines? If he is still on probation, this would be grounds for having his probation revoked. You're letting this continue to happen to you.

For some Reason Eric thought what he had to say,was some how Relevant..Eric was a fucking idiot and every time he would post..He would confirm it.. So good riddance to the fucking idiot..  Now this can be the start of the end around this hole..Or it could be the start of something that has some potential.. But the fact of the matter is there are probably 2-3 more people who have got to go...! And i mean a fucking permanent ban,,not ban them one day and then there back the next day..Thats fucking amateur stuff its time to lose some of this dead weight permanently.. Some of these retards need to reined in,,they have just about killed this place..This the last chance for this place, please someone get it right this time..

I don't think Eric should have been banned. I do see how Tony was probably pissed, I would be too if my cell # was posted for all the lunatics and degenerates around here, but just close the thread, don't ban the guy. Especially when dickjay was getting stalked on here, trying to set off the explosion that happened.
When someone is banned here, is it just one screen name that is banned, or do all their alts get banned too?

Really there is no need to get your panties in a bunch over this. In a month or 2 someone will start a thread about THAT GUY, and it won't be taken down. Then after the a month or so of hi-jinks and funny video clips, this cycle will start all over. I think he has been a banned topic 3 times since I've been posting here.

As old and boring as it might be, my concern was and is this idea that this forum is uncensored, yet there's a growing number of taboo subjects. If the welcome (see my sig) was accurate, that this is a censored forum, I'd have no room to bitch. Which takes me to your request for other forums that "you can say what you want like you can here". I don't belong to any. They spell out where the line is, pretty explicitly, before you sign on. They don't claim to be "uncensored", then start saying this and that is off limits. This is the only forum I belong to that does. Hell, even the wingnuts at Stormfront let you know what's what before you start.
