I find Walmart the most affordable place to buy shotgun shells and Coleman lantern replacement parts. Fishing line is also cheap there, as are certain fish hooks and weights. I'm not sure I'd buy steak or "fresh" seafood in there but it definitely has its place.

Don't most of those stores have about 35 telephones with intercom buttons on them scattered throughout the store? I'm relatively certain even Pretty could figure out how to get on the intercom in the store.

There's a million phones in that place and anyone with the smarts of a chimp or WalMart employee can figure out how to make them go talkie talkie over the whole store. I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often.
The shocking thing, at least to this reporter, was the orderly ebony evacuation after the announcement was made. First off, who listens to the announcements anyway? Second, who takes something like that seriously if the do hear it? How did that conversation go? "Oh, my, Mersaydeez. We must leave this location fortowhit the ghost in the air say so"..."Yes, come, Lamborgeeniee. Let us exit posthaste".
We've got a long way to go to reach both a colour blind and non- stupid society that Dr. Scholls spoke about.

The arch-criminal was finally arrested. I feel so much safer knowing the police chief of this town took the time and effort to personally oversee the case and keep the media informed. That kid is just lucky he isn't being shipped to Guantanamo Bay. I mean he isn't, is he?
