Rained like hell in Jersey. Power was out from 3 or 4 yesterday afternoon until 10AM. I have about 8 inches of water in my basement, and a newly formed river in my horse pasture. Atleast w/all this snow and rain the past month, no one around here will be sub dividing and building this year.
