Actually, he kind of looks like a bbq "chef." When I got a new grill a while back, people kept giving me bbq cookbooks as gifts. They would always have some older, disheveled guy on the cover standing next to a grill, holding a pair of tongs.





And I do love to grill. Not enough to write a book, or make my own sauces or rubs or whatever. Off the shelf is Ok at my house.
