I have a good electric. It usually takes a couple of weeks before your beard adjusts to the electric, after that it works like a charm. However, you're then a daily slave to the thing, a few days growth will throw a monkey wrench in the process.
I've got a girl who happens to love stubble, so I've quit the electric and gone back to the Gillette fusion every couple of days. Why the hell am I telling you this?
